FITNESS HAZARD 



1.    Breathlessness

                         Breathlessness and a pounding heart after short bursts of exercise such as running or brisk walk talking fast.

 

2.    Backache

                         Backache because of insufficient support from weak muscles of the back and abdomen.

 

3.    Bad posture

                         Bad posture through laziness, fatigue or a lack of physical awareness of your body.

 

4.    Sleeping problem

                         Sleeping problem because mental activity is misbalanced by physical activity or simply because insufficient energy is used to feel properly tired.   

                        

5.    Aching Muscles

                         Aching muscles after physical activities like walking upstairs or carrying grocery weight.

 

 

6.    Overweight

                              Overweight means high percentage of fats in body.
